בעל תואר בוגר בתקשורת. מוזיקאי החי בתורכיה. הוא הוציא לאור שישה אלבומים מפרי יצירותיו ושימש כנספח התרבות של ישראל בתורכיה בשנים 2014-2011. מגיש תכנית מוזיקת העולם "צלילי הים התיכון" בערוץ הרדיו הפתוח באיסטנבול, ומנהל אומנותית את פסטיבל כלי ההקשה הבין לאומי "צלילי הקצב".
